We are sorry though that with your positive comments about line managers that you have not felt able to resolve your areas of concern with them directly. It is true that we are developing and growing and that this brings change and evolution as a business. We are particularly sorry to hear that some of the tone of our messaging has not landed well with you but of course this was most certainly not our intention.
