Pros
Fun work environment. Everyone in the office is very easy to get along with and no drama that I have found. We all understand the company's goals due to a large amount of transparency from the CEO. I genuinely like coming into work and seeing my work have a real difference in our customer's lives. The freedom that a small company like this allots can't be understated. Cons
The work can require long hours but the office is pretty flexible about letting us work from home or take care of personal matters. This goes back into the work hard play hard philosophy.
