      The higher managers are pretty nice to work for and they give you clear expectations and compensate pretty well

      Cons

      Staffing is always short thanks to recruiting. Training programs are meant to be standard but arent.

      Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
