      Pros

      It's a great job for starting out and getting some experience. Doesn't pay as much as most places.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great and if you get a bad store you have to cover a lot of shifts. Working about 70 hours a week.

      Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

      Cons

      Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
