Pros

I enjoyed meeting customers and being able to help and provide a clean place to shop. Good slection for customers and the store(s) really care about them.

Cons

Upper management has no clue how middle management is dealing with the stores. There are threats instead of a discussion on how or why. You are talked down to and told that your stupid. Even if you are a college grad, it makes no difference. There are no breaks for any employees no matter how long your shift is. Middle management demands that you be given a break but laughs behind closed doors about it being impossible because of a store not having enough work hours to cover the breaks. Management screams at you on the phone calls you names then hangs up. They have no idea how to really manage people in a positive way to gain even greater results. It's a shame really. I know some managers and employees researching on how to get each state labor board involved for a lawsuit. I can't wait to watch that play out. Place sucks overall.
