There is no pros working in this company

1) Engineers in India are expected to work late nights and on weekends/holidays. Management in US is not concerned about mental and physical health of engineers. 1 engineer got some serious health issues and had to finally resign. 2) Management in US makes fun and even insults Indian engineers in sprint calls and emails 3) War Room run for few weeks to months and there is no break on any day in between. Between Sep-Oct 2020, Indian engineers were not given even a single day off for continuous 5 weeks. It was a like mental and physical torture day night for continuous 35 days. 4) Very poor sprint planning of deliveries and unrealistic targets are set by managers in US 5) Senior management in US is very arrogant and treats Indian engineers very badly 6) Salary and hikes are just average 7) If some employee is ill like having covid, or some important surgery and is not available to work for 2-3 weeks, management in US starts planning to replace him 8) Appraisal system is not very transparent

Lot of new tech stuff to learn

Worst work culture. War room runs for 1 month continuously. Management in US is very arrogant and does very poor planning of project deliveries. Due to this engineers in India have to work day/night, national holidays and weekends. Even treatment of offshore team in India is not at par with the team in US. They are more treated like a cheap resource than being a part of company. Not a good company to join as there is lot of work related stress which affects personal and mental health.
