      Some of the best co-workers you'll ever meet, fun and casual environment, higher ups are always ready to try something new.

      Cons

      Fast turnover rate for staff, low wages for industry, and communication and general consistency isn't great.

      Friendly team If you need something they will buy it Good structure for progression in certain roles (regular 1-1,reviews,etc)

      Cons

      Tend to have rounds of redundancies every couple of years Don't always offer support to staff who needs it Compared to other agencies in the area they are less flexible and a bit outdated
