Long hours during busy season

The admin managers only care about keeping the partners happy. The rest of the staff, including managers, are irrelevant to them. If they don’t like you, they will insult and belittle you to others behind your back. It was always fun to get a run down of what they said a couple days later from multiple coworkers. The main partner is a bully and will actively seek to put you on the spot and make you feel unintelligent. If you call to ask a question on a complex issue, he’ll ask why you don’t already know the answer or get upset and tell you he doesn’t have time. He’ll call on your PTO enough to the point that you just have to ignore it and then he’ll leave a voicemail to put you on a guilt trip. After a year of service, I received a 3% raise. Even though the company received a generous amount of PPP loans that weren’t required to be paid back and later posted an article on LinkedIn letting everyone know how they could handle 6% inflation.
