Pros
Great colleagues: Some of the coworkers are genuinely nice, and it’s a place where you can make some good friends. Location & Workspace: The office is quite good, conveniently located right in Central London.
Cons
Team Dynamics: The staff is generally young and energetic. Many are fresh graduates who bring a lot of enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn but lack of clear direction and experiences, and unfortunately, there are no highly skilled senior staff to provide proper mentorship or guidance. Chaotic Management: The management structure is highly disorganized. The leadership team often lacks professional expertise and basic management skills, which frequently leads to clashes with the staff. The culture requires employees to act as "yes-men"; voicing dissenting opinions is simply not tolerated. Many meetings feel unproductive, and interacting with the leadership team is often a stressful and uncomfortable experience. Toxic Rules & Culture: This is a fully onsite company, but the micromanagement is extreme. You are required to clock in and out 4 times a day. Advice to Job Seekers If you have other options and possess a clear career plan, please stay away from this company. You probably won't get the career growth you are looking for here, and the toxic environment could seriously take a toll on your mental health.
