It was a job, not much else

The pay is extremely low , raises and bonuses do not reflect the amount of work put in or even cover inflation. How can anyone justify working at a place for 11 years and getting a total of $5 in raises over that timeframe? Thats what I got! Raises are 10 cents to 40 cents at a time .
