Good Company - Software Engineer Spirable Employee Review

Solid company culture where cross-collaboration and transparent communication are actually embraced. During my time at Spirable I have had the chance to work with incredibly smart and dedicated people; everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. People in leadership positions truly care about employees personal and professional development. At Spirable people make sure you feel valued and receive support whenever needed.

The only "con" that I could think of is that the company is going through a lot of changes (because of growth so not really a con) so sometimes processes change without much notice.

Great working environment. Great Engineering Team/ Co-Founders were very supportive of all proposed changes for improvement

The company was acquired by Genius Sport which became public a few years ago. The new company's management is full of people without experience. The result is a very bad corporate culture.
