- Vibrant culture - If you're skilled and knowledgeable in your field, its easy to get pay raise and get promoted - Good place to gather experience. You will be working with a wide variety of clients from different industries. - Ability to learn other disciplines (attend workshops to be familiar with other depts) - Purely Work-From-Home
Cons
- Tenure doesn't matter at all, capability is whats sought after in your pay raise / promotion - You are working with different clients every day. It's not a good place to devote long-term - On-Boarding to Training process is pretty much reading stuff on your own (which makes it easily Overwhelming). Needs proper guidance and better on-board process. - Purely Work-From-Home
