None, place has some decent employees.
Cons
Employees have no interest in the asset it is falling into dissarray with alot of technical minded people having left.
Front line technicians are a danger to the public and asset.
Most frontline abuse recreational drugs and the management do nothing to rectify, simply stick their head in the sand in fear of high staff turnover, again putting safety at the back of everything.
