You will be criticized, demeaned, bullied, and micromanaged. When workers get scared for their own jobs they point the finger and blame another and interestingly enough - it works! I’ve seen 5 people leave this place in less than a year. Managers do nothing because they are afraid themselves - it’s like talking to a wall! When you bring up a problem they turn it around on you. Their work environment is very toxic!
