A small company makes for a lot of learning opportunities and you can recommend new projects/ideas without there being crazy pushback. Work closely with the CEO and other team members. It is a good company to learn hard and necessary lessons in, get experience and discover what you want. GREAT place to intern!

Unexperienced management that takes personal problems to work and will take this out on employees. Screaming at one another during meetings was very common for a long time. HR issues are not properly treated. Very limited appreciation until you are out the door. Toxic colleagues are not really on the people themselves but on the general environment that has been created and seems to get worse. Don't stick around here, it's soul crushing.

It´s a great Startup to learn and gain experience with a great team and interesting tasks. You feel welcome to speak your mind and give feedback and even in a position where you are not the lead you can give your ideas and advise and it will be implemented.

Yes to be honest the management team wasn´t the most transparent in the past but that changed drastically since there have been some changes in the management. Since then it really got better and everybody seems really happy.
