One would get ample opportunities to get one's hands dirty and know the work one is doing. Pretty much everything has to be done manually, with minimal or no automation, so an ideal place to start career and learn.

The salary band that one would be put in the beginning would be on a lower side as compared to the industry standards, but keeping in view the learning obtained in the span, one can turn a blind eye if he/she can be patient and wait for an year or two to catch up with the expectations.

I learn alot here apart from my primary responsibilty accounting & TAXATION PART.Here i know to how to play a admin role.So great exposure for both job title.
