Pros
Discount is fine, and honestly the only thing that brings people in and makes them stay. There is no health or dental for part-time workers, regardless of the hours you work.
Cons
Managers - pick favourites and give them hours, even when you request more hours - will never give constructive feedback, even when asked - will not train you in anything even if you are interested - will not tell you if you have done something wrong or could have done something else, rather they will talk behind your back and not schedule you in Overall Company - hours available changes often - schedules will be posted and then edited mid-week so no shifts are actually concreate - they have a 'type' of person who they hire and it's based on the overall looks of the person and not their skills or interest. Take a closer look at who you see working and who you don't see.
