      flexible working times where i am able to book whenever i want to. the people i work with are generally good

      0 hour contract can mean next to no hours work leading to small pay, sometimes looked down upon by customers and higher positioned staff

      Pros

      At the end of the day, I got paid, and I had the opportunity of learning from a variety of tasks and have nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Poor management. Being told informal comments criticizing the amount of water I drank. Lack of feedback or recognition. They required me to ask for permission to go to the bathroom, arguing that perhaps I would not be able to go because the shop was busy.
