Pros
Well established, brilliantly run company, built from scratch. Brilliant commission scheme in stores for all employees to add hundreds of pounds to their monthly pay packets, and good bonuses for managers, positions that are achievable for all employees that want to make a career in retail. Also a good work/life balance, which is vitally important in keeping your employees happy! (Funny how a review for the Llandudno store claiming other reviews to be ghost written is written by somebody who has never worked in Llandudno)
Cons
Personally I don't like doing discreps on stocktake night, that's about it. I don't like reading the negativity in the media, when through experience none of what is written is true.
