When the company was growing and gaining a great reputation in the fantasy industry it was a great place to work.
Cons
Just as the company was about to strengthen its standing in the industry, decisions were made to pursue a different priority altogether. That spelled the end for dozens of writers who were promised payment for their work and ended up getting nothing.
