Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience at Spotware. The biggest advantage for me is the team. People here are supportive, professional, and genuinely motivated to achieve strong results together. The marketing department is especially impressive, there are strong specialists, a very good team atmosphere and a capable leader. The team has grown a lot alongside the launch of new products, so there is a real sense of momentum and development. I also want to mention HR. There is a strong leader in the department who is actively improving processes and making the employee experience more comfortable. You can actually feel these changes in daily work. The company also puts real effort into benefits and employee wellbeing. There are breakfasts and lunches from the company several times a week, plus discounts and bonuses for employees across Limassol, including restaurants, sports, spas, and hotels. On top of that, there is compensation for sports, learning, and insurance, which is a big plus. Overall, it feels like a strong, ambitious company with a results-driven culture and people who care about doing things well.

Cons

Because the company is growing and expanding into new products, some processes are still being refined. At times, priorities can change quickly, and the pace can feel intense during busy periods.

Pros

Pros: There is a real opportunity to maintain a healthy work–life balance, which is important for me and my family. The company offers competitive compensation and a solid benefits package. The tasks are diverse and engaging, and I appreciate the direct feedback from the CEO — it helps stay aligned and motivated. It’s also great that the company provides proper equipment: two monitors, a standing desk if needed, and a generally comfortable workspace. And of course, pizza Thursdays may not help with dieting, but they definitely improve the mood! 🙂

Cons

One practical note: the culture is very office-centric, and most people prefer solving issues on-site. Remote work is limited to one day per week — this may be a downside for some, but as someone in management, I find it reasonable and workable.
