      Pros

      I wish I could name one.

      Cons

      Inexperienced workers. Management will not upgrade any technology within the building. Hire people at minimum wage with fake SSN's. No quality control on product they produce. Anyone with half a brain is looking to get out of there.

      It's unfortunate Glassdoor doesn't check these reviews. Our name is a little generic and some of the reviews are not even for our company. This review is perplexing because we are regarded as state of the art in almost everyway. From ERP systems, 3D CAD, Robotic cutting and bending systems, etc. This was from an office worker. All work stations have dual monitors, ergonomic chairs and hand rests. I don't get it.

      Pros

      Good management and family feel. Management will be firm when they need to but normally easy going and caring for their employees.

      Cons

      Crazy scheduling and drive time can be an issue occasionally.
