Pros
The benefits, including unlimited PTO, are great. The ability to work remotely for 3 out of 5 days each week allows for the best of both worlds.
Cons
Turnover is an issue, there's a lack of visibility with upper management, no bonuses or raises, minimal advancement opportunities, inconsistent job responsibilities, unclear corporate priorities, “Stock Appreciate Rights” are virtually worthless, and the culture, which used to be a selling point, has been in decline for years.
