We acknowledge the challenges and concerns you have presented about Spring Health, specifically around employee fatigue. While we have implemented measures like “Calm (no meeting) Friday’s” to address burnout, we know there is more work to be done. We are grateful that our employees have leaned in during unprecedented growth. We are simultaneously assembling systems and structures to create a positive workplace to foster growth, support, and enhanced morale.
