There is room to grow, I started as an outside consultant and was offered a account executive position. Eventually I was offered the position as VP of sales.

I have no real negative comments to speak of, Every company has its short comings. None are exceptional or worth mentioning.

Everything else is terrible. Poor management; lots of favoritism happens here. Good luck thinking hard work pays off. If you are a yes man, this job might be for you. If you are comfortable having your opinions/complaints/concerns NOT being taken seriously, this is the place for you. If you want a boss that takes things personally and will hold a grudge, then Spring Systems is for you. You might start off liking the job because it's something new, but you will quickly learn hard work does not pay here. You get rewarded with MORE WORK! You will quickly get burned out, and then the boss will dislike why you are not giving it 200% effort. They post very misleading job postings. You cannot make that much in bonuses; you would be LUCKY if you earned 5% of what they advertise. Don't fall for it; it is a LIE because they cant find people to hire, so they mislead people and waste their time. They have a HIGH turnover rate cause no one wants to work here.
