Hiring practices - Instructional Assistant Springdale Public Schools Employee Review

In my experience does not hire for specialized certified positions based on credentials, experience. Seems to want to sacrifice quality of teaching for money. Athletics with too much power, and lack of male staff member hiring at some schools especially at the elementary level.
