- Senior management repeatedly made bad strategic decisions which slowly but surely drove the company's future into oblivion, with total disregard to any advice from experienced staff - A culture of mistrust by senior management towards the expertise of internal professionals - Very little room for career growth, if any. Favoritism and baseless promotions that had nothing to do with skills or expertise, but rather how well an individual "sang along" with senior management - Continuous rounds of re-organization kept adding extra levels of management to make things worse - No training/education budget to keep technology staff up-to-date - No incentives or bonuses - Zero effort to retain truly valuable employees
