      Pros

      My Special Education Staff went and above and beyond for our students. Most of the staff is close and willing to help and take suggestions.

      Cons

      Management makes you do a lot of things that are not needed and it causes a lot of extra work and stress on their teachers. Focus a lot on different kinds of assessments and the students get very burnt out very fast.

      They are pretty flexible with work hours

      Cons

      Teachers will scream at your kids and sometimes just leave them alone when they are distressed
