      I can’t think of any pros other than my check was always on time and never bounced

      Upper management CEO/Head of Director Sales has created an environment of favoritism. If you’re coming from a professional background and people work together. This ain’t it. There are team members that has been there for years and unfortunately have picked up this bad habit of gossiping and tearing each other down.

      Team member appreciation and celebrations Quality of hotels ie. location, products used to build, opening and hiring processes Technologically advanced with regards to HR, sales systems, operational tools, guest communication, etc. Competitive wages Professional and Personal Development opportunities Growth based mindset and a culture of learning Lead from the Heart

      Absolutely none, it is amazing to work for them.

      No structure, disrespected and disconnected teams are given no direction or resources to hit outrageous goals.
