I've been here for about 2 years and it has been perfect for where I am in my life and career. I have a small child and the leadership has been very accommodating to the randomness of having a kid under 5. The work/life balance has been fair. There are times where I need time off for family that's covered by unlimited PTO and there are situations where I would need to work a bit outside of the traditional time blocks. I feel that we're plugged into where we are going with our Monthly Business Reviews where we get a pulse on where the company is and what our goals are for the future. I also appreciate how it's encouraged that we explore new technology and tools to make us more efficient. Overall, I enjoy my time here and would recommend it. (I've actually recruited a couple of my colleges to join.)

It's a smaller company so coverage could be in issue at times.

The culture supports autonomy, unlimited PTO, and the ability to take real time off, and the team meetups a few times a year add a fun, connected element to an otherwise remote setup.

The tradeoff is that it’s a fast-paced agency, and the work can get busy during peak periods. You need to be comfortable acting as a true extension of multiple client teams and staying adaptable as priorities shift. For someone who thrives in a flexible environment and enjoys variety, it’s a great fit.
