Pros
The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. You are allowed to take time off as needed, and they are generous with giving you an hour of a break. Not a high stress job.
Cons
Promotions are incredibly rare, and there is no room to grow or take on more responsibility. Managers actively discourage employees from trying to take on new tasks or responsibilities, being clear with them that there is zero room for growth. The company's mission is to sell everything women need for healthy pregnancies and children, but the company doesn't give paid time off, health insurance or even maternity leave. There is also a very gossipy culture throughout the company which leads to distrust between employees/employers.
