Pros

Great idea for sports teams and definitely necessary. Some genuine good people there.

Cons

As someone stated before, too many to list. 1. I was forced to write a review when I first started working there. Wrote 5 stars because I knew they'd know it's me. 2. It is a thankless company. Not that I need someone to thank me for doing my job, but it is also imperative to recognize someone for good work if you immediately recognize their bad work. Which takes me to: 3. Don't do anything wrong or make a mistake. The CEO will make sure to let you know his disdain for you in a very passive aggressive way. At least when I made a mistake, the President asked me what I could've done better instead of telling me he doesn't want someone like me. 4. Many C-suite members don't take accountability for their actions. 5. Mental health be damned. 6. People always walking in-and-out. Too many distractions and disruptions. Depressing environment with no windows. Thank God my team had a good sense of humor to get through the days. 7. At the time, benefits were atrocious. A measly 4 sick days and 10 vacation days. But that didn't stop the CEO's family's babysitter (their former babysitter "worked" at the company, but he was never there) from dipping in-and-out whenever. That was extremely fun to deal with when you had to communicate with him. The list goes on, but you get the point. *This is also the office side; I'm not sure what it's like to work on the floor*

Pros

The work is easy. When there is work to do.

Cons

They lay people off constantly. There is ZERO loyalty. No one is there for a long period of time. They buy expensive equipment and never use it.
