      Very good restructuring mandates Learned a lot Great team, highly cooperative people No insane hours (usually around 60 hours a week) Very relaxed culture for an investment bank. Barely any dress code Competitive salary Geat location

      Could improve IT infrastructure MDs are usually very busy doing business meetings and therefore limited contact
