Pros
Being a finance guy, I though real estate would be a significant challenge and was actually a little anxious when I joined SquareYards. However, the company has a culture of grooming individuals to actually realize their importance and work even better. I have benefited personally from this grooming and many others have also seen their career profiles rise after joining here.
Cons
There are no significant problems at work but I feel the employer could arrange for a little more recreational facilities in the office.
