The only pros ,this company got name and fame in a very less time thnx to some stupid people who trusted on the vision one IIM lucknow(CEO) who thinks his approach towards his clients and employees is very professional and they joined the organization

NO HR policies , -first they will offer you and once you are done with your resignation and every thing from your current company , they will say we need some more time to think - Bring Business get the job NO JOB SECURITY, - they project themselves a very professional company but honestly they are worst than the local lala company's of real estate, employee salary gets stopped ,employee get thrown out of the system without notice,no clarity over incentive structure can you beat it after spending 14 months in the industry there CEO still says we are new to the system so we will be running many policies on hit and trial pattern ,i just cant stop myself laughing on this and the recent one the national head was asked to leave on whts app message and the reason he went on the trip with his team mates and that business sales figure was very low can you beat it guys... UNREALISTIC CEO, The CEO Mr. shori thinks he is the smartest man on the planet his idea of selling real estate is as similar as selling an insurance policy to someone actually he is jack of all trade but master of none, for every bad thing which had happened or is happening in the company he blames the team heads " oh salary was stopped by so and so regional head " ," oh you are sacked by so and so regional head coz he was not comfortable by your way of working " ," oh we forgot to do the reference check in the starting now after 3 months we have done it and we are not comfortable with your feedback so we are sacking you " Mr.shori please stop making fool of us and yourself also everybody knows in the system without your consent nothing happens in the company
