      1.) Nice Working Environment. 2.) Seniors were Supportive 3.) Good for Core Learning in substation. 4.) Deals with advancement in Substation i.e. All types of GIS Projects.

      1.) No Work flexible timing. 2.) You always get involve in Project. 3.) Delay in Salary

      Learning potential, Brilliant Managers, Supportive and Understanding Boss, Employee Friendly company

      Cons

      Most people learn work and quit to go to larger organizations so staff is never the same. It's not Srex Power's fault though. They are a great Company.
