      Cons

      After being in office for 23yrs, adapting to remote status full-time was an adjustment. I was so used to in person and what I miss the most, connecting with people. I have finally grown and optimizing my work life balance

      Disorganized doctor patient communication Overstimulating environment Doctors don't always respond epic chats Some doctors get angry when you call Not all doctors have a PA or NP to assist them, so they want you to put orders in for them when you already have a lot on your plate. Closing down units because we are discharging them faster than they are coming in, therefore leaving less job opportunities within the company
