Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your continued contribution to St Elizabeth’s Centre. We’re pleased to hear that you feel supported and value the work life balance encouraged across the organisation. Creating a friendly and supportive working environment remains incredibly important to us, and it’s great to see this reflected in your experience. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding hybrid working flexibility. As a care and education provider, many of our roles require an on-site presence to support the people who use our services, however we recognise the importance of flexibility where operationally possible and continue to review ways of supporting different working arrangements across teams. Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of St Elizabeth’s Centre. Kind regards, St Elizabeth’s HR Team

Pros

I love the genuine love children share with us, the way they ask you to stay with them, the genuine happiness and light that you see when they welcome you to the shift, beautiful way of expressing how much they adore you. Every day I put smile on their face I feel so proud of myself. Our children are so caring, loving and kind. I love the way center nurtures Christian values in children. It's a rewarding job , I feel I am making a big difference in the lives of children with disability and epilepsy. I feel my positive impact on their behavior change into better. If you want to make a difference, if you are looking for a life purpose to make the world a better place this is your place. I am blessed to work with lovely people here that make my day every day.

Cons

There are few nasty staff who ruin your joy at work. The management is slow to deal with conflicts in between staff. It's very hectic sometimes, no time to breathe running from supporting children at home and being sent to school as LSA, coming back lunch time support kids at home and run back to school again, do paperwork at the end of this buzz. I wish the center did truly care about their staff and reduce this pressure. There is barely any support if you experience assault from children sometimes. There is lack of staffing on the shifts and you might have to work under pressure most of the time.
