Pros
The students are generally good and, in some instances, excellent. The ramshackle nature of the entire enterprise means that you can, at times, be blissfully left alone.
Cons
Overbearing oversight from the company that owns the schools, poorly run and managed administratively, little concern for employee wellbeing, leadership (some members) are extremely petty, grudge-holding, inept, egotistical, narcissistic and woefully ill-informed.
