Pros
Great benefits and pay that would be hard to match elsewhere. People are top-notch and will be the nicest you meet and highly competent. Unfortunately due to a downward economy and SO for Teams being a nice-to-have product, the future looks far from bright.
Cons
2 layoffs in the past year are a symptom of a lack of product-market fit which is causing many of the team to miss targets or not sell anything at all. This is further exacerbated by the economy being where it is at the moment, making it hard for companies to justify spending nevermind for nice to have products. AI coming into play could very much spell the end if the Sales teams and leadership can't figure out a way to sell Stack Overflow for Teams if there even is a way.
