The whole company is orientated around innovative product development with real long-term vision and a very customer-focused mentality. The culture is hugely supportive of different ways of working, different skillsets and approaches, flexible hybrid working, and a lot of effort has gone into thoughtfully building the team and creating an environment in which people with different skills and personalities can thrive together.
