The design team was innovative, scrappy, and collaborative — a strong sense of ownership across the board.

Limited formal structure for career growth within creative roles. The fast-paced environment often led to tight deadlines and last-minute pivots, not because of poor planning on our team, but due to inconsistent communication from finance or supply chain. Inventory changes or budget adjustments would surface unexpectedly, forcing the creative team into reactive mode with quick turnarounds and limited context. Internal communication could be overly complicated, with excessive meetings on how to do the work instead of just letting us do it. At times, it felt like the process was prioritized over progress, which slowed momentum and drained creative energy.
