Pros

- Good place to kickstart your corporate career if you are a fresher or even a student. - Team members are friendly and helpful. - The office environment is good, clean, and cozy. - They provide lunch (partially subsidized) at the office, which is a big benefit. - Very flexible regarding work schedules and also allow WFH in any case of emergency. - Salary gets credited on time.

Cons

- Salary is lower than conventional market standards, and the salary growth percentage each year is a joke. - The entire HR department is also a joke. - Top officials have no backbone. Some of them are not even deserving of their posts. - Nepotism at its best. Management turns a blind eye to nepo-workers. - Some of their rules and customs are the absurdest. - The business is volatile, which affects salary growth, KPIs, bonuses, etc. - No actual career growth opportunity. - Entry-level positions are okay to survive temporarily, but not okay for a sustainable career buildup. Better grow a skill. - They organize office tours/picnics once in a millennium.

Pros

Working in the IT industry often comes with fast-paced demands—but my current company has redefined what it means to nurture both professional and personal growth. From the very first day, I was welcomed into a culture that not only values excellence but also humanity. What makes this workplace truly stand out is its deep respect for religious diversity. Each morning begins with a 15-minute slot that allows employees to perform Salah—a moment of peace and reflection that’s rare in today’s corporate world. This simple gesture creates an inclusive, spiritually aware environment that many long for but seldom find. The company also supports higher education. Many of my colleagues are continuing their university studies while working. Flexible schedules and an understanding approach allow them to make up missed hours in the evening, fostering growth without pressure. Two-day weekends are provided consistently, reinforcing a healthy work-life balance that’s vital for long-term well-being. Time management is a strong focus here, encouraging punctuality and personal discipline. What impressed me most is the warmth of the HR team and the guidance from senior staff—supportive, professional, and truly invested in teamwork. It’s a place where people don’t just work—they grow.

Cons

Nothing major to mention-but every company has room to grow.
