Pros
They care. They may not be able to offer all the perks and bene's of a big company, but they offer a personal touch that you don't get with the big boys. At STI, you aren't just a number.
Cons
If you are looking for a a great benefits package, this may not be the right choice for you. As a small company, they pay the consultant the most they can while keeping their profit margins low. In order to be competitive, they can't afford a huge benefit package.
