Thank you for your review of our company. We regret your negative experience with our company and appreciate your candor. We certainly believe that working in a fast-paced, busy department, where calculations and critical thinking are of paramount importance, can be overwhelming and indeed challenging. We try to choose the best candidates for this specific department, but sometimes even the most well-meaning employees can find it difficult. For this reason, we have a comprehensive training program and have had the procedures and methods established and written as per ISO standard, to which we have been certified for many years. As a part of our certification, which is audited annually, we are required to maintain and use these documents, and therefore respectfully disagree with your assessment. It is a challenging job, and unfortunately, not everyone is suited for it.
Additionally, we make sure our managers are performing to the best of their ability, without bias. I am sorry you feel there was an issue with your manager, but we have an open door policy in place and consistently encourage employees to come to upper management with any concerns. No concerns were ever raised regarding your manager.
