      Small company but growing daily.

      Cons

      Work tends to be somewhat seasonal. You can be swamped one month but slow the next. That has been getting better over the last few years though.

      I feel like leadership genuinely cares about my future and success of the company. Realistic goals and rewarding financially.

      Culture is great but wish we could have more company events.
