      Pros

      Non ownership staff is very nice and excellent

      Cons

      Extremely poor decision making from the ownership. The owners are never here, they're nonexistent and have left their kids to run the company. And run it poorly too. The lack of both technical knowledge and common workplace knowledge from the day to day operations is very noticeable. These two will be the death of the company unless something changes.

      Excellent product, excellent staff, great people to work with.

      Every company has places to grow, At STi we are constantly trying to figure out what those areas are and tackle them.

      Pros

      You can maybe get a TV or iPad at the company Christmas party. You can have no education, credentials or experience to advance in this company if you extensively brown-nose the owners.

      Cons

      No vision or direction for the company. Absentee ownership and upper management. No one in upper management has a clue about IT or sales. No loyalty to employees. They will fire/lay-off any employee to bring in people with no experience for less salary for the same position.
