Pros
The company does a fantastic job organizing weekly or bi-weekly employee engagement activities. These sessions are not just fun but truly help employees, especially new joiners, to get to know each other better. It creates a friendly environment, making it easier to connect with colleagues, which really helps when you face work challenges—communication flows much more smoothly afterward! Another huge perk is the flexible working arrangement. If you're someone who enjoys working from home, most managers support a 4-day WFH schedule. Of course, it depends a bit on your team, but overall, flexibility is definitely a strong point here. The culture is great, too. Colleagues are always willing to help - Everyone is open to teaching and supporting when issues arise, which makes the work environment really supportive. We are also competitive, however it’s done in a healthier and positive way, via HAPPILY! Loving that we are given opportunities to recognize good work/good efforts of other colleagues, encourages people to run run run!
Cons
Just my two cents, for those who prefer WFH, staying visible and engaged can be a bit challenging, as some discussions or opportunities may arise more informally in the office, otherwise WFH flexible arrangement is great!
