CEO cannot accept ever being wrong, does not know boundaries, and creates a toxic work culture by pitting employees against each other. Often spoke about sustainability and diversity, but ultimately never cared about those things. Rather than investing budget into employees or useful tools, he sunk money into an incredibly overpriced rental for an office that no one wanted to go to and store that made literally no money (did I forget to mention the custom fragrance and fake skylight?). The concept of Standard Dose is cool, but in reality has no substance and led by a person with no business savvy. Shame! Don't work here.
