Pros
The company is trying to rebuild and rebrand its self from 2-3 year of extensive change and reorganization. It lost the flow that it had created so many years ago, with the Elders that had left. The seed of a positive, rewarding, and fulfilling workplace has been planted. Depending on how they nurture this seed, in my opinion, will determine if the company succeeds or fails. A highly talented, high preforming salaried workforce.
Cons
Although with what is listed above you would think its all sunshine and roses. Unfortunately there are the following to report: With all of the changes, and upsets the company is in a bad position. A collaborative environment needs to occur between departments and functions to create a solid stream of communication and action. There in my opinion have been individuals placed in high positions that have no clue what they are doing, and an ego to large to see that part of the problem is them. The creation of certain inter-office relationships has made it hard to be able to voice your opinion without fear of major repercussion. Which is what ultimately led to the events of my last day.
